Welcome Sophie
Please welcome Sophie Wood as additional Nursery Support for Kate.  Sophie was raised at La Casa and went through the Confirmation Ministry with us.  Sophie comes to us with background in childcare and several helpful health-related certifications.  Please stop by the nursery and give your greetings to Sophie.

Confession
“Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, ‘I will confess my transgressions to the LORD.’ And you forgave the guilt of my sin” (Psalm 32:5). We are currently in the season of Lent.  Lent is a time of self-reflection and confession.  It is an appropriate time to consider the sin in our life and hand it over to God.  In doing this, we receive forgiveness from our Lord.  Don’t let this season pass by without properly taking the time to acknowledge the sin within and then give it over to God.  And remember, confession and forgiveness always go together with the Holy Spirit.
