Welcome Geralyn!
Please welcome Geralyn back to the staff!  Geralyn will be serving as a Senior Accountant with La Casa starting on March 18.  She previous worked for La Casa de Cristo prior to 2020 and has 20+ years of experience in corporate accounting.  Geralyn will be working in the same office as Christie.  Welcome Geralyn! 

Into the Light
“Because I have sinned against him,
    I will bear the Lord’s wrath,
until he pleads my case
    and upholds my cause.
He will bring me out into the light;
    I will see his righteousness.” Micah 7:9

This season of Lent, our Staff News Bible Scriptures have focused on recognition of sin and confessing our sin before the Lord.  Take time this week in your own devotion or worship to confess sin before the Lord.  This verse, from Micah, reminds us that in confession God brings us out of the darkness of sin and into the light.  Ultimately, we see God’s righteousness.  Please take this season of Lent seriously, as a time of self-reflection, in order to fully prepare yourself for Good Friday and Easter Sunday.  And, in doing so… come into the light!
